Marion, VA, November 16, 2007 - Visador Holding Corporation (www.visador.com) today announced the senior management team to guide its future direction following the hiring of William E. (Bill) Smith in April 2007 as it's new president and CEO. Visador Holding Corporation is the parent company of: Coffman Stairs, Crown Column & Millwork and VBP Limited. Coffman Stairs is located in Marion, VA, Crown Column & Millwork is located in Attalla, AL, and VBP has offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China.

Crown Column & Millwork (www.crowncolumn.com) is an industry leader in the manufacturing of architectural fiberglass and hardwood columns, as well as decorative capitals, porch posts and rail components. Coffman Stairs (www.coffmanstairs.com) is a premier manufacturer of high-quality hardwood and forged iron stair parts, including treads, risers, newels, balusters, handrails and accessories. VBP manages contract-sourcing relationships for both Coffman Stairs and Crown Column & Millwork products manufactured in Asia.

Bill Smith, president and CEO of Visador Holding Corporation

Smith brings extensive millwork manufacturing and related distribution experience to the top leadership position. Before joining Visador, he was president of Ankmar, Colorado's largest installer of overhead doors. Prior to Ankmar, he served as president and director of McPhillips Manufacturing, Inc., an Alabama-based millwork manufacturing and distribution business. Earlier, he served as president of BMC West's SouthCentral Division and led that division's explosive growth. His first leadership position in the millwork industry was in 1995 as president of Lone Star Plywood & Door.

Tom Bowlds, vice president and CFO of Visador Holding Corporation

Bowlds is a certified public accountant with 25+ years experience within manufacturing, distribution and public accounting organizations. His comprehensive career progression includes holding positions of: controller, finance director and CFO/treasurer, and has a stellar record of working with manufacturing operations to assess overall performance and generate solid returns on operational investments.

Kay Yonts, director - finance and IT of Visador Holding Corporation

Yonts brings a wide breadth of experience to her responsibilities of managing IT, finance and product management, supporting all three Visador companies. Her 20+ years in various manufacturing-related roles pays dividends from experience spanning all the way from cash management to procurement/inventory management.

At the subsidiary level, Joe Livengood will lead Crown Column & Millwork as vice president and general manager; Robin Liu will lead VBP as managing director; and Bill Smith, president and CEO of Visador Holding Corporation, will lead Coffman Stairs on an interim basis.
